Initial Assessment

Every client begins with a comprehensive initial assessment. This session allows your provider to gather important information about your medical and mental health history, understand your treatment goals, and evaluate your overall mental well-being. The insights gained during this appointment are essential for accurate diagnosis and the development of a personalized treatment plan.

All new clients to Clear Minds Rx require an initial assessment. 

Initial appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes to allow adequate time for a comprehensive psychiatric assessment and treatment planning.
